Redeemed Camp sets itself standards to adhere to.

  • Redeemed Camp is a digital service. We strongly recommend reading through the legal information pages on our website prior to accessing our services.
  • Our website is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • We are closed on weekends, bank holidays and during the Christmas and Easter period.
  • We aim to respond to contact form messages and emails within 5 (five) working days.
  • If you wish to make a complaint or have any suggestions regarding our services please contact us at admin@redeemedcamp.org.

Please note that abusive behaviour towards our staff will not be tolerated and we may reserve the right to terminate a telephone call or an email conversation if this occurs.
